Tarantino designs bring out the little girl in all of us.

Showcasing her line of Hello Kitty, Barbie and other imagination-driven and color-infused accessories, Lola Rouge at Fashion Island carries the pink-haired, internationally- known fashion designer Tarina Tarantino.

    Making in-store appearances often, Tarantino's trunk shows are more than a mere shopping opportunity. They are a mix of clothing and accessories and a party that celebrates a fantasy-like fashion line while guests mingle with the designer and other fans.   

    Celebrities are often seen sporting Tarantino's designs. Avril Lavigne, Hilary Duff, Paris Hilton, Jennifer Garner and others can't get enough of Tarantino's bright and bold vintage-looking jewelry; Swarvoski crystal flower clips; playful hair bows and headbands; “Hardcore” gold or hot pink handbags; and anything that says Hello Kitty on it. Even local resident Vanessa Bryant, wife of Lakers star Kobe Bryant, is a huge collector of Tarantino's sparkling Hello Kitty jewelry. Vanessa and Kobe surprised Tarantino by showing up at a recent trunk show held at Fashion Island's Lola Rouge.

    Some must-have items are the crystal and Lucite Hear Charm bracelet in pink, the Electro Cameo Mod ring in neon orange, the Barbie cuff bracelet in pink and black, and the Hello Kitty Pink Head Rose earrings.   
 
    Tarantino also features a bridal collection and pet accessories including hair clips and necklaces for the pampered pet decorated with beads, crystals, hearts and charms. The collections can be found at Bloomingdales, Nordstrom and boutiques nationwide.
